Information you submit — name, email, phone, ZIP, address, and messages — is validated on the server and forwarded to an n8n webhook when one is configured. In mock mode it is printed to the server console and then discarded. There is no production database.
Chat transcripts stay in your browser session storage until you close the tab. A session id is sent with each message so a workflow can remember the conversation.
UTM parameters and the page URL are captured so the automation can record where a lead came from. A hidden honeypot field is used to ignore simple bots.
SMS consent is optional and is passed through as a boolean. The dispatch board at /owner reads seeded CSV files, not your live submission. Questions: dispatch@arcticpeakair.com.
