Indoor Air Quality

Allergies, a sticky summer house, or a winter that feels desert-dry are usually humidity and filtration problems. We measure, then add only the equipment that changes the number.

What is included

  • Humidity and particle baseline
  • Media filters, UV, or ERV when they earn a place
  • Dehumidifier or steam humidifier options
  • A setpoint plan you can actually live with

Media cabinets from $380. Whole-home dehumidifiers quoted after the visit.

Common problems

  • Clammy at 72°F

The system is oversized or the fan runs too fast. Humidity is the complaint, not temperature.

  • Allergy season indoors

A 1-inch filter is not a strategy. We look at leakage and filtration together.

  • Static shocks all winter

Dry air. A humidifier only helps if the envelope is not leaking the moisture out.

How a visit goes

  1. 01

    Measure

Relative humidity, temperature split, and where the dust is entering.

  2. 02

    Recommend

One or two changes, not a catalog of gadgets.

  3. 03

    Install

Tied into the existing system with a drain and a service plan.

  4. 04

    Recheck

We come back or read the thermostat log. The number has to move.

Related questions

“We kept lowering the thermostat and the house still felt wet. They measured humidity, slowed the fan, and added a dehumidifier. 74 degrees finally feels like 74.”

“They measured humidity instead of selling a UV light. Media cabinet and a dehumidifier. The sticky upstairs is gone.”
