AC Repair

If the system is short-cycling, blowing warm air, or icing over, we diagnose it on site and price the repair before any parts come off the truck. Most homes in Dallas–Fort Worth are back to a steady setpoint the same day.

What is included

  • Full electrical and refrigerant circuit check
  • Static pressure and temperature-split readings
  • Written options: repair, or replace if the math says so
  • Cleanup and a walkthrough of what failed

Diagnostic visit from $89, waived when you approve the repair.

Common problems

  • Warm air from the vents

Often a capacitor, contactor, or a low charge. We measure it. We do not guess and add refrigerant.

  • Ice on the copper lines

Airflow or charge. Running it frozen can wreck the compressor, so shut it off and call.

  • Unit short-cycles

Dirty coils, a failing capacitor, or a thermostat that is lying. We test each one.

  • Water around the air handler

A clogged condensate line is a small fix that becomes a ceiling stain if it waits.

How a visit goes

  1. 01

    Listen

What changed, and when. Age of the system, last service, any recent storms.

  2. 02

    Measure

Temperatures, pressures, amps, and airflow. The numbers pick the repair.

  3. 03

    Price

You approve a number before we open a parts bag.

  4. 04

    Prove it

We run the system with you and show the supply temperature.
