Duct Cleaning

We clean supply and return trunks with negative pressure and agitation, then tell you if the real problem is a crushed run or a return pulling attic dust. Cleaning without that conversation is theater.

What is included

  • Supply and return cleaning
  • Register and grille wash
  • Photo report of what we found
  • Optional sealing quote if leakage is the actual issue

Most single-system homes run $450–$750.

Common problems

  • Dust right after you dust

A return leak in the attic will do that faster than a dirty coil.

  • Rooms that never catch up

Disconnected or crushed flex. Cleaning will not fix a duct that is not connected.

  • Musty supply air

Often a wet coil or a pan, not the duct itself. We check the source.

How a visit goes

  1. 01

    Inspect

Camera or access panel. We do not sell a cleaning the ducts do not need.

  2. 02

    Protect

Registers, floors, and the air handler sealed off from the mess.

  3. 03

    Clean

Negative air and agitation, trunk to boot.

  4. 04

    Report

Photos, and a straight answer if sealing matters more.

Related questions

“They cleaned the ducts and then showed me a return that was open to the attic. The cleaning mattered less than that photo. I booked the sealing the same week.”

“Cleaning was fine. The useful part was Nate showing the disconnected return in the attic. We booked sealing the next week.”
